&lt;p&gt;The Australian Government has announced that as part of the 2009-10 Budget it will be abolishing Land &amp;amp; Water Australia.&amp;nbsp;LWA will be fully wound-up by December 2009.&lt;/p&gt;&#13;
&lt;p&gt;In that context, Land &amp;amp; Water Australia is currently negotiating the completion or transfer of the Programs and Projects it administers.&lt;/p&gt;&#13;
